Comment: this was definitely a great buy. ive used it so many times for different activities. makes a nice weapon if attacked by a bear and can also be used as a boomerang. try it it works!

Comment: I bought one for camping and to also keep at work as sometimes we run low on clean cutlery. What can I say, I am quite impressed. Lightweight, comfy to hold in my hand. Actually makes a great soup spoon - sort of like the little spoon they give you for soup in some chinese restaurants. I did for some reason think it would be "stronger" - from the big titanium advertising. It feels like I could bend it in half pretty darn easy so if you're thinking its "indestructible" it is not.

Comment: Purchased this recently and outright love it. There's a mildly serrated edge on the fork half that's useless for cutting anything, but it's rigid enough that you can cut most foods anyway with the side of spoon or fork. It is very, very lightweight, and doesn't have a tendency to heat up when you stir something hot with it. Ordering more to fill up camp box, as these things are a cinch to clean.

Summary: The spork, made even better! 2010-01-07
Comment: This is the same size as the standard "Light My Fire" spork, but made out of titanium. There's a coating/texture on the "neck" between the fork and spoon ends, presumably for grip. The "knife" "serrations" on the fork's edge are pretty small - almost seem decorative rather than functional - the serrations on the plastic version look like shark's teeth by comparison - but I imagine the sturdiness of the titanium will somewhat make up for their lack of aggressive design.
I purchased this as a replacement after breaking a plastic spork -- my own fault, not the design -- but I bet I don't break this one!
