Customer Rating: 1 Star
Summary: Product does not work. 2010-03-22
Comment: Read the other reviews, and who they are reviewed by. Pronto reviewed their own product and gave it great reviews.
Customer Rating: 5 Star
Summary: it works 2010-02-15
Comment: nothing else to say " IT WORKS". Expensive but worth the money if you have bed bugs.
Customer Rating: 2 Star
Summary: No permanent treatment 2010-02-11
Comment: I bought this twice for bedbug treatment. But unless sprayed directly on the bug, this doesnt work if you wanna get rid of bedbugs. After spraying the bugs can still infest. So powder killers like Results bedbug powder or diatomaceous earth is recommended.

Summary: Pronto Bedbug and Dust Mite Killer 2010-02-02
Comment: This product was received as promised and was packaged so that it would not be damaged.
It seems to work, so I am pleased with this purchase and would only recommend product if you use it without kids or pets around. It is toxic and manufacturer issued warnings on the product. The 10 ounce can doesn't seem to be sufficent and yet 2 cans is too much of this toxic killer. Smells bad works well; I haven't seen anything on the market that states will do the job like this one.
I can say that I am not disappointed, as I wanted something that would kill bedbugs and it does.

Summary: Not effective and no residual killing action 2010-02-01
Comment: After doing considerable research at some university web sites I have discovered that the area must be sprayed with a pesticide that has risidual killing action. Some brand names are Demand CS, Suspend SC, or Onslaught. All other sprays will only kill a bug you can spay directly since they have little or no residual action.
Bed bugs are much harder to kill than other pests like cockroaches, ants, spiders, ect. because they spend their entire life hiding in cracks and only come out once a week to feed then go back in hiding. An adult will lay 30 to 50 eggs per week and these become adult in 5 weeks. Most spays will not kill these eggs. If you see one bed bug you can be sure you have dozens more. While this eco-friendly stuff sounds good, it seems to me that a lot of people are getting rich selling it and the consumer is getting ripped off. Please do your research at sites like Penn State University Entomology department before you waste time and money.
