Comment: It is not so much the product(which I never did receive) it is your shipping policy. I live in an area where the US mail is not delivered. I must have a p.o. box. UPS and FEDEX are ok. At the time of the order amazon cannot tell you how you are to receive your order, so it is just luck if you get it. After several phone calls and undeliverable emails, I get conflicting information from your customer service people (that barley speak english), and another 2 weeks to get a problem resolved. I will not be using amazon in the future unless this problem gets resolved.

Most retailers including Amazon sell the Combo Pack which includes only Five 5 color cartridge. My local Sam s Club sells a Combo VALUE pack which also includes the black cartridge six cartridges . The cost is $57. Amazon please provide this option also.
Also, the HP printer that use the 02 cartridges give the message that ink level is low and cartridge MUST be replaced". Don t be fooled. Many more pages can be printed before there is a need to replace the cartridge.

Summary: It's Ink, in a combo pack, at a discount... 2008-01-21
Comment: Not much to say. They print vivid, they haven't clogged, it was cheaper than buying them individually, and I didn't have to leave the house.
In regards to a previous reviewer, this pack does come with 100% filled cartridges. Perhaps it is the ink/paper combo pack that shortchanges you. Though, I should have read the description of this pack better. This combo pack does NOT come with Black Ink. Bad HP! -1 star for you.

Summary: Good ink, but Pricy. 2008-01-03
Comment: HP printers have always been the most convenient for me. We currently have a C6180 wireless printer and it works great, I just cannot believe how much ink we go through. Our old printer used 56 and 57 inks and we had to replace them much less frequently. These smaller color ink cartridges are a rip of in my opinion, they simply don't last long enough for the price.
