Summary: The Closest Shave You'll Ever Know 2008-07-08
Comment: I have to say that this is my first time using shaving soap and I couldn't be happier. Colonel Conk's was an excellent choice and it really helps keep your skin nice and hidrated as you shave. The lather remains nice and thick and I really have to recommend the Bay Rum smell. It is the way that a man should smell. Use this shaving soap along with a safety razor or if you prefer a straight razor and you will not be disappointed. My face was left looking clean and smooth and I really enjoy the experience now. You truly get the closest shave that you'll ever know, in the words of Sweeney Todd.

Comment: Been using Col. Conk's shaving soap for years and the only problem I've run into is deciding which scent to buy. Great product, ya can't go wrong!!!

Comment: The only complaint I have with this product is that the smell doesn't stick around as long as I'd like! Of course, this isn't a defect of the product at all, as it's shaving soap, not an after-shave of any kind.
It's simply and effectively packaged in thin plastic; if you're worried about how sleek your bathroom looks, you'll want to drop it into a separate tub of some sort.
The soap works up a pretty good lather reasonably easily. While this is my first Cake o' Shaving Soap, I am happy with it, and would recommend it to others.
