Summary: Flat as a Pancake 2007-01-04
Comment: Though the idea is great, this item was shipped in a flat envelope and arrived flat as a pancake and with a permanent crease in it. As a result, the thing will not stay open, and wants to fold in half on the dog's head. I'd go to the local Petsmart if you need one of these....
