Summary: Works great, no more leak! 2009-06-09
Comment: The threshold was easy to install and works great. The glue included was plenty to seal the threshold which I cut to fit my 9 foot garage door. Took less then an hour to install and I've had no leak issues since.

Comment: I bought this to use under my screened in patio under the storm door because of the unlevel concrete. Works great and stays down so far. No problems and fills the void perfectly.

Summary: No more water in garage 2009-02-20
Comment: We have always had problems with water in the garage in heavy rain. NO MORE! The threshold works fine after several rains. We used some of the remaining glue to stick some trimmed hard package foam on both ends of the garage door track where the track had a 1/2 inch gap away from the wall. The lip is just high enough to stop the water and does not interfere with driving over it. If only I had this 14 years ago! Finally, I read that others had problems with the tube of glue, but we did not. It worked fine and there was more than enough.

Comment: The threshold was installed just a short time ago. Installation was extremely easy - however had to wait for weather temperatures to exceed 40 degrees. I am hopeful that it will keep out water seepage; it has already reduced the air seepage. The only challenge is when you have to trim for size of the door opening.

Comment: Nice product, works good, reasonable installation. The not enough adhesive complaint from the earlier reviewers seems to have been solved. The product came with a full caulk cartridge of structural adhesive. I used the full cartridge, it really seals well.
