Comment: I bought 2 of these, for my girls bikes. They are a bit bulky on the one end, and dont fit great with reflectors on. It has a nice spring action and feels secure, but be careful on the type of bike, depending on the frame (especially kids bikes) it may not fit as well as it should.

Comment: Bought these to use with a Bell Bike rack. They work perfectly. The 3 girl's bikes were steady as a rock on a 350 mile trip. Easy on and easy off, too. Great product.

Comment: We use this product on my wife's 15" frame in our Bones 2 bike carrier. It holds very well, as the spring that keeps it taught is very strong. It does take a little bit of strength to get the adapter on the frame, but it is very sturdy once it is on.
I have also used it once or twice on my 17" men's frame. It did equally as well with this bicycle.

Summary: Good product, but online description needs details 2008-07-20
Comment: The bar does exactly what it is intended for. However, on the packaging of the bar it specifically says the distance from the seat post to handle bar post needs to be at least 18 inches, no where does it say that on the online write up. So, it doesn't work for my daughters' bikes. Something to be aware of.
