Comment: I bought these and the 3 pound weights from the same company. They are very comfortable to hold. The weight is distributed managably, and they included a poster to show the many different exercises that can be done with the weights (rather than simply lifting them). I'm very impressed, and will likely buy a higher weight once I get to that level.

They are blue, 5lbs each. They are easy to grip and hold on to. They work well for me.
