Summary: If you know how to modify the pressure thingy- 5 stars 2008-10-15
Comment: Great addition to our shower... in the fixed position, the water jet is higher up so taller people don't have to do acrobatics to wash their hair. The position is adjustable too. The longer 6' hose enables easier body rinsing and general tub and tile clean-up. We have great water pressure up here and unfortunately this gadget lowers the pressure a bit, so no real massage: the only drawback on this great little versatile shower-head.

Comment: Unit has a nice long hose and the pulse setting does a great job with my neck pain. Unfortunately, it causes significantly lower water pressure compared to my old unit.

Comment: I have two of them and they work great. Don't forget to use the gaskets. You will need tools to make it tight so it doesn't leak. Looks great!

Summary: DON'T buy this!! Poor quality all around. 2008-02-16
Comment: While this showerhead looks great in the pictures, it's a huge disappointment. Packaging was poor, and the flimsy plastic hose was bent and pinched in the packaging very badly in two places. I thought it is probably torn in those places that were pinched, but fortunately there were no leak. And yes, that's a plastic hose painted with silver to make it look like a quality metallic hose. It is CHEAP plastic and it doesn't even drape naturally while it's hanging, due to the two places that were pinched and "bent". The showerhead itself looks and feels cheap too. It's all plastic as well, and not even good quality plastic. The water spray is AWFUL. I have good water pressure in my house and yet several of the settings produce a very weak spray. In some settings, some of the nozzles are already leaking. For example, the massage setting produces an useless and awful spray that is all over the place. And the nozzles on the side that should be shut off in this setting are actually leaking water.
Oh, there was also no teflon tape provided in the package. The instructions do not mention that it's needed. Yet, I found one of the threaded connection is leaking a bit of water already, despite being fastened very carefully and using the washer provided.
I bought this $32 showerhead thinking it's at least better than those $15 white showerhead you buy from Walmart. But it is NO better. Actually, it's worse. One word: AVOID!
