I really like the look of this product....the designer makes it a little bit of a loose fit when it replaces the original factory handle....purchsed 2 for remodel match....1 broke within the 1st couple of days of use....design flaw....GOOD Thing...Amazon sent me a replacement within about 1 week of inquiry....BAD thing...I will still probably have to work out with them....I tossed "the bad parts" away...I might be able to find the internal arm and locking assy....But, I rec'd an e-mail that says if I don't send them the old broke one within a couple of days...my credit card will be charged for the replacement....This was not made clear to me on the front end when I
e-mailed their staff...they were simpathetic and understanding of frustration I experienced...But, IF I CAN't find the broke parts...they just sold me one extra....and I ended up paying more than I would have if I had went to Home Depot OR Lowes....Hopefully they will review this letter and contact me
