Summary: Could not tell it was reconditioned 2010-01-30
Comment: This got to my house in typical Amazon fission (2 Days. I opened the box and inspected the tool and could not find any blemishes on it. There was a little oil on the side of it but that didn't bother me. I took it out to the garage and added the fitting for the air hose. Loaded it and gave it a try. Fired correctly the first time and each additional time after that. Sunk the full head nails just below the surface of the OSB I was testing it on. Have not tried it with the joist hanger attachment yet but am sure it will meet my expectations. The one thing I would have liked is a case to put it in. I don't like transporting or storing my tools without a case. Over all a good product made by a reliable company that I would recommend to the hobbyist or professional.
