Summary: Nice heater, but really, really loud. 2008-11-17
Comment: I've had this unit for about a week, and it has a lot of good points, including it's small size, quality construction and low price. Consumer Reports recommended it, but they noted the noise issue too. I think the reason it's so loud is that it's using a very small fan to move a lot of heat. And despite having two heat settings (750 and 1500 watts), there's only one fan speed.
I'm using it to warm up the master bathroom prior to getting into the shower, so the noise isn't an issue, but you wouldn't want it in a bedroom. I also found it was too noisy for my home office. Overall, it's a very nice unit for the price, but only for the right setting.

Summary: Efficient Space Heater! 2008-11-01
Comment: I moved to NY State from Houston, TX and this is my first winter here, near Poughkeepsie. I couldn't do without my space heaters. I use the Honeywell mostly in the bedroom. It heats well and has an auto on/off function, so when the temp falls below whatever I set the knob for, it comes back on. The only downside is that the fan is a bit noisy, and there's no handle to grasp the heater with. You have to pick it up from near the bottom to move it. I'm satisfied with it. Good value for the money.

Summary: Nice heater 2008-10-30
Comment: This is a nice small heater and heat up my small bedroom very quickly.
If you have a small space, this is the very good product.

Summary: Good heater, good price 2008-10-29
Comment: Does a very good job of heating my feet in a cubicle that feels like an igloo otherwise!

Summary: Not too bad 2008-10-28
Comment: This seems like a not too bad heater. Got this as my rooms tend to get cold. But it wasn't something I expected.
Pros:
- Pretty hot.
- Thermostat.
- Overpacked with safety features (probably the safest heater on the planet :D )
Cons:
- Lack of airflow.
This thing acts more like a radiator. I don't know why they even put the fan inside as it produces noise but not much air. It's good at keeping a temperature in a room but can take some time to actually warm it up.
