Summary: Irwin 26377 tap & die set w/ drill bits 2008-10-30
Comment: One of the best investments I've ever made. Well worth the money spent in lieu of trying to purchase taps and dies separately which would cost a small fortune. The blow molded case is very and durable.

Comment: Nice set at a reasonable price. I bought this after pricing individual pieces I needed for a job I was doing. The whole set is the same price as a few pieces at the local big-box store. It has everything I need for working on a couple old cars and jobs around the house. The case is nice for organization. The quality seems to be excellent, and the tools have cut threads easily on everything I've used them on. I think this is one of those things that you buy once and use forever.

Summary: Well made, economically priced tool. 2007-07-12
Comment: I have had a few lesser expensive tap and die sets before, and none have looked as nice or performed as well as this one. I splurged on this set as opposed to the 76 piece set because this has many more drill bits and bit extractors. The quality in the materials and crafstmanship is top notch, it all came in a well constructed carrying case. This is a very comprehensive set that covers most any size you would ever need. I have a Honda motorcycle, Arctic Cat ATV, GM truck, and a VW Jetta and I double checked most all of the bolts on those vehicles and this kit has me pretty well covered. There is nothing worse than getting most of the way through a project and needing a tool to finish. We have all been there and this is the kit that will get you out of alot of jams with stripped bolt/nuts and broken off bolts.
I found Amazon's prices to be the best around, although sometimes they say something is "in stock" and it doesn't ship for a week. Is it in stock or is it not Amazon? overall Amazon has good prices and I have always gotten my items, it is just a bit of a shipping delay sometimes.
