Summary: They're okay 2008-11-17
Comment: These, just like any other toy, is going to depend on your child's preference. Neither of my kids really play with these. They will play with the polar bear (different set) simply because it makes a noise very easily. I think that adults like these because they are cute, but they don't do anything unless kids move them and they just don't cut it for mine.

Summary: Darling and durable toys! 2008-09-14
Comment: this product is good but when ordered through this vendor, each toy had a little something wrong with it. Wether it was paint messed up or parts stuck and not working properly...for the price i overlooked the little paint mishaps and eventually was able to strong arm the pieces to work properly..but i got what i paid for and was o.k. with it.

Summary: fun, durable toys 2008-08-30
Comment: These animals are great. Very sturdy and the kids enjoy carrying them around. The "giggling" hippo makes a wheezy noise when shaken, the "roaring" tiger seems to have internal ridges with a ball so when it is moved back and forth, it's the noise of a stick run along wooden ridges. The crocodile has a squeaker when the mouth is open/shut. The pig squeaks when the nose is pushed. The cow has a bell inside that jingles when it is shaken. I wish there was a little bit more of an intersting twist, though, as the clackety joints get boring, I think. They are played with a little each day but don't engage the kids for too long at a time.
