Summary: Love This Sub 2008-11-16
Comment: We Love this toy and have many of the other mega rigs as well. This one is one of our favorites. When I brought it home my 3 year old son wanted a bath immediately! It was only 10 in the morning, but who cares! He plays with it daily in and out of the tub. He loves that the pieces of all the mega rigs are all interchangable and he can create tons of different vehicles. The only slight complaint I have is that he uses the sub so much we go through Tons of AA batteries!!! We have had NO problems with any of these toys - Unbelievable in itself! Would HIGHLY recomend these toys to any parent.

Summary: the squid is the best part of this toy! 2008-11-02
Comment: My son is almost five and he loves the squid that is part of this set. It has suction cups on each of it's tentacles and you can make it stick to windows, the bathtub or parts of the boat. I'm not sure why it is made so that the tentacles can come off though and we have already lost one tentacle. The batteries wear out quickly and It never really powered the boat. It sort of sluggishly circled. Despite what I think of the toy, Conor loves it and that is the important thing. I think it looks too plasticky and fake but to him it is just an awesome toy that makes taking a bath fun. So it serves it's purpose and I have to give the makers credit for making a toy that kids love. You will need to get something to put it in because it has a lot of pieces and you don't want to lose them. I would reccomend this to a friend because it is a lot of fun for the price

Summary: So Much Toy for Such A Great Price 2008-06-29
Comment: I think this submarine toy deserves an award! Comes with a squid which is a squirty toy who's legs can be taken apart and the legs also have suction cup on each so it will stick on the sides of the tub. Then you've got the submarine with a little figurine that you can put into different compartments. The sub can be assembled in many different ways and the motor is great. Does the job but isn't powerful enough to do any damage if a little finger stops the propeller. It can also be assembled to be a hoover craft with the big propeller attaching to the motor and making the big one spin. The design of the toy is amazing. My 3 year old son received it as a gift and we had to buy one for my 7 year old son because the two were fighting over it all the time. We also bought the expensive big shark adventure toy too but this little one really packs a lot into a pretty inexpensive toy. My only wish is that there were more small water matchbox rigs toys like this one - maybe a small pirate ship and more figurines that came with the toy. Anyway, I buy this toy for my kids' friends birthdays because it's so fantastic.
