Summary: Good Truck 2008-09-30
Comment: This is perfect as a first truck. Everything physically about this truck is great, the only problem I had was that the amazon description listed it as including WAY more blocks than I received with it. I then called to order a replacement and they sent me the same amount of blocks again! Luckily I hadn't sent the other box back yet, so I called to let customer service know that I was removing the appropriate amount of blocks from the first truck to add to the second truck. It seems as though they dont have an accurate description and it only made it more frustrating when the person on the phone barely spoke english. I was tempted to hold all of the blocks hostage to make up for the trouble, but decided to call it a wash and let it go. I wish customer service was staffed by more english speaking and articulate people.
