Product Description
The new Ripstick combines all the fun and excitement of surfing and snowboarding and puts it on wheels. Inspired by the classic shape and design of a skateboard, the Ripstick looks like something out of the future. Instead of the traditional four-wheel skateboard, this amazing board can make smooth, quick 360-degree turns on just two wheels. Just stand on the sturdy traction plates and subtle movements propel the Ripstick even up a hill! The front and rear flexible panels are controlled by a spring-oriented bar located on the top of the wheels. The rugged polyurethane wheels are 77mm/85A with ABEC-5 bearings. Separating the two traction plates is a padded rubber carrying handle. Measures 33.5" long x 10" wide. Weighs 8 lbs. Wear helmet and pads for safety. 90-day warranty. Amazon.com Product Description

Summary: amazing product 2008-07-20
Comment: I recommend this product. It works quite well ans safe, and regardless of you consider it as a toy or a new sport tool or regardless could be a present for a birhtday child (which it was my case) it would be always a nice present. When my son play with her friends staying on the board, everybody realize amazing about it and consider it as new dimension to have fun.
Definitely it is a nice present.

Summary: Loving the RipStik 2008-07-09
Comment: We bought this ripstick for our daughter's 11th birthday and she has spent hours and hours on it since then. It's keeping her outside playing instead of being inside watching TV. Great product!

Summary: Ripstik Rolls! 2008-07-09
Comment: My son asked for this product after trying out a friends'. He couldn't wait to get it out of the box and still spends time with it a month later...my only complaint is that it is much harder to control than a bike or scooter and there have been several instances when he has had to jump off to avoid a crash.....not the best toy to use on neighborhood streets....
