Summary: Vendor really went the extra distance 2008-10-04
Comment: This was a case when the globe did not get shipped in a timely manner. But when I contacted the vendor they bent over backwards to make it right and they special shipped a globe to me in two days so my son got it in time for his birthday.
We all make mistakes. It is the mark of a truly customer oriented vendor to go the extra distance and make it right.

Also my son loves the globe. He wanted a globe he could put pins into for the places he has traveled. This globe is perfect for that.
