Summary: Crayola Adventures DS 2008-11-16
Comment: We got this for our 6 year old to play on his DS Light. He likes it, but the arrows on the screen, coupled with the many sentences on the top screen take a long time to just get to the actual playing. He's just beginning to read, but he's not really interested in what they have to say, he wants to get to the adventure part. It is fun. Our 2 1/2 year old loves the connect the dots part and clicking on the shimmering objects. It's an okay game. They like to color too, once again, there are too many choices of things to click to complete the actual picture.

Comment: I was looking for a game that would be easy to play for my 6 year old girl. This is an excelent option if you have little kids that are starting using the Nintendo DS. It is fun, and it keeps them entertained for a while.

Summary: Crayola Treasure Adventures Excellent Game 2008-11-02
Comment: My 4 year old, Carys loves this game, picked it up quickly. It was recommended by a Mom of a 3 year old. Very happy with it.
I couldn't find it anywhere else but Amazon.

Summary: Finally a DS game that doesn't require reading! 2008-10-22
Comment: I bought the Nintendo DS for my daughter's fifth birthday, because she had such a good time playing with one at her friend's house.
Well - what I didn't realize is that most of the "kids" games give written instructions along the way. And although I love playing with her, and helping her along, sometimes she wants to play by herself!
This game, even though it does have written instructions, is intuitive enough for her to figure out.
It has fun puzzles where you win extra drawings and crayons. She has a blast coloring all the different pictures she's won.
I'd definitely recommend this game for the younger crowd.

Summary: Great for my 5 year old 2008-10-11
Comment: I bought this game for my son, who is 5 and in kindergarten, to play on my DS, since he is always begging to play it. This is a good game for him. The back story is cute, and he can figure out how to play with or without me reading it to him. He gets frustrated every now and then when he isn't coloring fast enough to advance in play, but what child doesn't? He also enjoys just coloring in the coloring side of the game. As other reviewers have said, I also wish there was a way to save or print the things he's colored. Overall, I'd recommend this game to any child between 4 and 6, depending on maturity level. We even have fun coloring together (taking turns of course)
