Summary: Diddy Kong Racing DS 2008-07-20
Comment: I was at the store, originally looking for Mario Kart but then I saw that it was out of stock. I was a little bit disappointed, but I looked around and saw Diddy Kong Racing. I took a chance and bought this game, started playing it, and immediatly got addicted to it. I could not put it down from the minute I slipped the cartridge into my DS! This is a great game for any age, kids to adults.
In Diddy Kong, you race around different worlds, for example Dino Demain and try to collect golden balloons. Wizpig the "villian" locks you behind doors so you cannot escape. You have to try and find the keys for each world. You can also race by car, plane, or hovercraft. My personal favorite is plane.
I love this game, but the only thing that might drive people crazy is all the different tasks you have to do. Anyway, a great game overall.

Summary: Waste of Money 2008-07-07
Comment: What a waste of money! The handling on the vehicles are horrible and the races and weapons are pretty weak. Mario Kart is so much better and worth the money. I will return this one.

Summary: This Game is Horrible 2008-07-01
Comment: If you are looking for a cheep but okay DS racing game, stay away from this game. For anyone, buying this game is practically burning money. It's that bad. It is probably the easiest game I've bought.

Summary: I LOVE this game!!!! :D 2008-06-21
Comment: This game is (next to Nintendogs) my favorite Nintendo Ds game!!!My favorite characters to play as is Bumper. There are sevreal diffrences in this game compaired to Diddy Kong Racing on the N64. One is some of the tracks in the game are a little bit diffrent in DKRDS than in DKR64, Most of the characters sound diffrent in DKRDS. Like Bumper sounds more mature and (in my opinion) hotter in this game, and unlike DKR64 Banjo and Conker are not in this game. Instead Tiny and Dixie Kong are in this game. But the one thing I really love about this game is when you shoot someone with a missle or when they run into your traps (oil slicks, snare bubbles, and landmines) You see their angry faces on the right bottom cornor on the top screen!! Oh man that is BRILLANT!!! It's so funny!!! But it's not so funny when they hit you or when you fall into their traps. Then you see them laughing at your face. And when you zoom past the person who's in 1st place you see their sad faces. and when your'e neck and neck with somone for 1st place you see your character's face and the other player's face. So that's my favorite thing about the game. So in conclusion if you liked Diddy Kong Racing on the N64, Then you'll love Diddy Kong Racing DS!!

Summary: Possibly underrated DS title (in the shadow of the Stache) 2007-07-08
Comment: I never played the 64 original so this is all new to me but I love this game the adventure/racing cross works great and gives the game alot more appeal than one where you simply try to win 3 or more races in a row (although it has the Trophy races as well) Three types of craft, harder to use Powerups, and a serious GIRTH to the unlockables makes the game feel a little deeper than your average racer as well. The single card multiplayer, nice colorful graphics and rumble pack support fill out an already PLUMP game if you like Mario Kart you should try this game it is really fun for old and young nintendo fans.
