Customer Rating: 3 Star
Summary: Different 2008-07-24
Comment: This game is really more of a side-scrolling brawler with RPG-style dialogue and character building than a fighting/music game.

The only time when music comes into play is when activating your custom combo, where you have to tap out the beats to a tune with the light attack button. The thing that makes this game original is that between fights you can change the tune and make it anything you want it to be. Any game where I can play the Mexican Hat Dance by beating up opponents has some novelty to it.

However, don't expect anything too deep. If you can get this game on sale (it's $10 right now, don't know how long that will last), I recommend it, but I wouldn't pay full price.

Customer Rating: 2 Star
Summary: Not a good game 2007-12-07
Comment: After the first half-hour of play, I'm ready to resell this one. Long-long inane dialog sections, bad music, and dull fights.

I expected more up-tempo songs, and fighting in tune to them. The "training" section is almost non-existant.
